Block 3

Football, Handball, Badminton and Tennis

ISSAG introduced a zonal football structure in the 2023-2024 academic year, featuring 3 zones, now expanded to 4 zones comprising member schools. The top eight teams from these zones qualify for the prestigious final football event, previously held at Achimota School and now held at SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International College Hostels, at Tema Community 6.
The finals for football is held alongside Handball, and Tennis.

The zonal system allows for:

1. One/two round(s) of zonal matches
2. Top teams advancing to quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals

This thrilling block unfolds over two to three consecutive Saturdays:

1. Week 1 & or 2: Zonal qualifiers
2. Week 2 or 3: Quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals
